Senior System Analyst / System Analyst (Credit card system)

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support change for existing credit card system
• Collaborating with business and other stakeholders to resolve issues and ensuring projects can deliver on time, within budget and within scope
• Support production incidents and provide fire fighting support
• Act as a SSA / SA and provide guidance to members to complete various business initiatives, compliance and/or regulatory enhancements, and production support
• Responsible for the SDLC life cycle activities, production trouble shoot
• Prepare Technical and project documents

Requirements

• A Degree in Computer Science or relevant Field.
• At least 6 years in IT relevant and system development experience such as Visa / MasterCard / UPI card
• z/OS Mainframe Environment, JCLs, COBOL programming language
• Experience on CardLink system (mainframe) or PowerCard system (open) is advantage
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Good English Written skills and verbal communication Skills.
• Able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
• Good teamwork player
