Associate / Senior Associates, IPO

Patrons are now looking for a high-caliber candidate for the following positions with attractive remuneration packages:

Responsibilities:

• Licensed for SFC Type 6 activity is a must;
• 2 - 3 years’ experience in Corporate Finance, with previous IPO execution experiences will be advantageous;
• Responsible for day-to-day execution of IPO and other corporate finance transactions;
• Participate in the due diligence process in IPOs and other corporate finance transactions;
• Coordinate the works of other professional parties in IPOs and other corporate finance transactions;
• Assist in project origination including pitchbook and proposal preparation;
• perform other job duties as assigned from times to times.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance / Business / Accounting is preferred;
• Professional qualifications such as CPA or CFA are advantageous;
• 2 - 3 years’ experience in Corporate Finance. Experiences in IPO execution is an advantage. The candidate will be considered for a more senior position with more experience;
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills;
• Ability to work under pressure and independently;
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin);
• Willingness to travel and work off-site as requested.
