Vice President, Business Management (Global Markets)

Job Summary:

The Business Manager serves as a key business enabler for the Global Markets division, acting as a strategic partner to the front office to drive business initiatives and operational excellence. This role requires a deep understanding of treasury products, clients, and workflows to effectively manage revenue-generating activities, to partner closely with Sales, Trading and ALM teams, representing the division in meetings with both internal stakeholders and external parties as a critical force multiplier and resolve complex issues.

What you will be doing:

• Drive Strategic Business Initiatives: Partner with front office leads to identify, develop, and execute on key business projects, client coverage strategies, and market expansion opportunities. Coordinate cross-functional resources to bring initiatives from conception to completion.

• Facilitate Key Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a representative and thought partner for the GM division in meetings with external clients, internal control functions (e.g., Risk, Compliance, Operations), and senior management. Prepare materials, articulate business rationale, and ensure follow-through on actionable items.

• Optimize Business Performance: Analyze business metrics, pipeline data, and market trends to provide actionable insights to front office leadership. Support the business planning process and help track strategic objectives against performance.

• Serve as a Central Point of Coordination: Function as the nexus for communication and execution within the division, connecting Sales, Trading, ALM, and support functions to remove obstacles and enhance overall business efficiency.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics or a related field

• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in Global Markets/Treasury environment

• Solid understanding of Global Markets/Treasury products (ideally from a product background)

• TMA members preferred

• Good proficiency in MS Office

• Self-motivated, good time management, able to work independently

• Qualification of ECF-TM is preferred
