Deputy Branch Manager

Purpose of the role:

Support the Branch Manager in overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and maintaining compliance with banking regulations to enhance branch performance and profitability.

What you will be doing:

• Ensure efficient branch operations and all activities are in compliance with the regulatory requirements
• Assist Branch Manager in implementing the business plan in order to achieve the assigned targets
• Lead, coach and motivate the operations team to deliver quality customer service and cross-sell bank products and services

What we are looking for:

• Diploma or above
• Pass in HKSI and IIQE Licensing Examinations
• Minimum 7 years’ relevant experience
• Good command of MS Office and computer skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong self-motivation and able to work under pressure
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
