Senior Teller

To succeed in this role, you'll need to be customer-focused, proactive, and able to work well under pressure. You'll need to be able to handle cash and non-cash transactions accurately and efficiently, while also identifying opportunities to promote our products and services to customers.

What you do

• Process cash and non-cash transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, and transfers

• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner

• Promote OCBC's products and services to customers, such as accounts, loans, and credit cards

• Maintain accurate records and reports, and ensure compliance with bank policies and procedures

Who you are

• A degree or diploma in any field is desirable, or candidates who possess relevant work experience equivalent to the required academic standard will also be reviewed

• Minimum 1 year experience in counter service in retail banking

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

• Basic knowledge of banking products and services, with a willingness to learn and develop your skills
