Manager, Treasury Compliance (Business Control - Global Markets)

• Participate in business requirement discussion, reviewing and providing professional consultancy on the business & functional specifications of Treasury related systems
• Responsible for preparing test plans/test scripts and conduct UAT/system test, as well as preparing and following up the fault reports
• Work closely with vendors and various internal and external counterparties, including IT & internal front office staff, external system vendors in ensuring the quality of the deliverables
• Involve in product control, daily risk monitoring and providing advice of streamlining assigned workflow and product management process
• Degree holder or above in Computer Science/Business or equivalent qualifications at HKQF level 5
• Minimum 5 year’s relevant working experience in banking or financial industry
• Strong communication and writing skills, experience in system testing with hands-on experience in treasury related systems is a must (such as Kondor, Murex, SUMMIT, etc.).
• Exposure and good knowledge in Treasury products & related banking operations is a definite advantage
