Loan Services Officer

Job Purpose:

To provide proactive service to walk-in customers and conduct selling of personal loan products to satisfy customers’ needs

Main Responsibilities:

• Station at Personal Loan Service Corner of selected branch and responsible for clean lending acquisition activities
• Meet and exceed personal loan target assigned
• Take proactive role to solicit sales from counter sales referral, sales promotion booth and out-reach marketing activities.
• Work to follow up on approval and drawdown to ensure customer satisfaction
• Follow the established work procedures as stipulated in procedure guidelines and ensure compliance at all times

Incumbent Requirements:

• University degree with minimum 1-year experience or secondary education with 3-year experience in retail banking branch, preferably in clean lending products
• Aggressive, self-motivated with positive attitude and can work independently.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast paced, frequently changing environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills in Cantonese, English and preferably in Mandarin
