Section Head, IT Infrastructure

Bank of Communications Co., Ltd. Hong Kong Branch

Manage personnel, coordinate workflows, and provide technical guidance to the infrastructure team.
Oversee infrastructure related projects, including budgeting, risk management, and progress reporting.
Develop and execute strategic IT infrastructure plans to align with and support business objectives.
Supervise the design, installation, and connectivity of computer and network systems to ensure their stable operation.
Implement and enforce security policies, monitor systems for vulnerabilities risks, and ensure the uptime, performance, and security of all IT assets.
Resolve technical issues, implement system upgrades and ensure all infrastructure components adhere to established IT standards and procedures.
Bachelor’s Degree holder in Computer, Information Technology or related disciplines.
Minimum of 10 years of relevant IT infrastructure experience.
Proven experience in a leadership or managerial capacity.
Strong knowledge of network and system administration.
Experience with IT security measures and best practices is the advantage.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
