Officer Trainee - 12 months contract (IT System Operations)
Bank of Communications Co., Ltd. Hong Kong Branch
- Responsible for the daily operations of Data Centre, including batch processing, system monitoring, help desk and first tier technical support
- Operate mainframe, open system computers and peripheral equipment
- Perform job submission according to the job schedule, inspect the job result, monitor the console messages and report errors in a timely manner
- Degree holder or above in Information Technology, Business Administration or other related disciplines, or equivalent qualifications at HKQF level 5
- Good knowledge on IBM mainframe, Windows or Linux is preferable
- Willing to work on a 24-hour shift basis
