Associate, Deposit & Remittance Operations (1-year contract)

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review account opening documents, follow up pending documents and perform system input
  • Handle daily transactions including payment, deposits, cheque clearing and journal entries etc.
  • Provide high quality customer services in a professional manner, handle internal and external enquiries and service requests
  • Perform inward / outward remittance including data entry, document filing and record keeping
  • Review and maintain client information including internet banking
  • Provide administrative support and other ad-hoc duties as assigned

 

Candidates are expected to possess:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent academic qualification
  • Minimum 2 year’s relevant working experience in account opening, AML/KYC experience
  • Prior remittance/deposit operations experience would be an advantage
  • Willingness to handle routine work
  • Self-motivation with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese. Fluency in Mandarin will be an asset
