Officer (Loans Documentation Control)

Responsibilities:

• Provide support to the Credit Document Control Team to ensure all loan documents are duly vaulted
• Scan and upload all relevant documentation to designated digital locations including DMS, CreditLens, and/or other relevant platforms
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive filing records and inventory lists for all credit and security documents, meticulously tracking items upon receipt and release
• Conduct regular physical inventory checks and audits of documents securely held within the Bank’s vault to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Perform loans document physical pick-up, packing and moving document packs and/or boxes
• Perform general administrative tasks within the department and provide necessary cross-functional support to Documentation Sections as required

Requirements:

• Secondary education or above
• Minimum 2 years of experience in credit documents custody and maintenance, credit administration support, system data input, attending searches and filing
• Knowledge of credit documentation, loan processing or banking compliance standards is a significant advantage
• Proficiency in using document management systems (DMS) and banking software (e.g. CreditLens) is a plus
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word)
