Customer Service Executive (Toys & Hardlines) (Welcome Fresh Graduate)

The Job

• Provide business-to-business services to our clients of world top brands of toys, juvenile products and consumer goods about product quality
• Handle client’s enquiries
• Coordinate between external clients and internal technical colleagues to monito the progress of testing projects and all related events
• On-the-job training will be provided
• Assist in any ad hoc job tasks as assigned

The Person

• Degree holder in any disciplines
• At least 1 year customer services working experience
• Good command in English, knowledge in Mandarin an advantage
• Self-initiated and be a good team player
• Possess strong client services mindset
• Immediate availability is preferred
• Fresh graduate and IANG will also be considered
• More experience will be considered as Senior Client Services Executive
