Customer Services Executive (Food)

The Job 

• An excellent career opportunity in a listed multinational corporation to deliver superior B2B services to food traders / food manufacturers / food caterers / overseas food retailer clients
• Handle inquiries from clients, and align our services to the clients’ needs
• Introduce and promote our food ATIC services to clients proactively
• Coordinate between external clients and internal technical colleagues to monitor and follow up the progress of testing projects and all related events
• On-the-job training will be provided to equip our staff to deliver the best service to clients

The Person

• Degree / Higher Diploma holder in Science related discipline
• Job experience in Testing Lab is an advantage but not a must
• Possess outgoing character with a strong client services mindset
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese / Mandarin)
• Good interpersonal and communication skill
• Fresh graduates are welcome
• Immediately available would be an advantage
