Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for daily corporate actions operations on investment products including local & foreign stocks, bonds, funds, ELN, etc.
- Handle corporate actions and payment instructions with brokers and fund houses.
- Perform securities and cash reconciliation.
- Assist to perform UAT and projects.
Job Requirements
- University graduate
- Minimum 1 year of relevant banking experience in investment settlement operations.
- Sound knowledge on Xact, CHATS payment, SWIFT and MS Office is an advantage.
- Good team player and communication skill. Able to work under pressure.
- Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua.
- Candidate with basic programming skills will be a plus.
