Responsibilities:
- Provide phone banking services to customers including the handling of inbound or outbound call, written response (e.g. letter, e-mail, live chat and fax) in a professional manner and in compliance with all internal regulatory requirements
- To assist the team to achieve various key performance indicators (KPIs)
- To process customer instructions/enquiries or requests strictly in adhere to company policies and procedures
- Attend special assignments delegated by the superior
Requirements:
- Secondary school graduate or above
- 1 years of experience in Customer Services / Call Centre experience is preferable
- Good oral and written communication skills in both English and Chinese
- Pleasant, open-minded, ambitious, bold and helpful personality
- Self-initiative and willing to learn
- Patient, empathetic and passionately communicative
- Fresh graduates will be considered
