Manager, New Product and General Administration, Global Transaction Banking

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for supporting the Product Innovation and Optimization Committee related activities

• Responsible for maintaining the Product Innovation and Optimization application system, including system enhancement, testing and implementation

• Responsible for promoting compliance awareness within the department

• Performing internal control on compliance & risk within the department

• Preparing reports based on the requests from internal or external compliance entities 

Job Requirements

• University graduate with major in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science or related disciplines

• Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in compliance area

• Experience in product management and project development experience in banking industry, with good knowledge of bank’s product discipline

• Experience in system enhancements, including formulating system requirements, testing and implementation

• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and under pressure

• Good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills

• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua

• General knowledge of banking compliance is preferred

• With common knowledge of PC configurations

Candidate with less experience may be considered as Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager.
