Assistant Vice President, Capital Solutions – Corporate Banking

Responsibilities:
- Support deal origination efforts for loans and fixed income business; develop and maintain marketing materials
- Assist in execution, including but not limited to business, legal and financial due diligence, credit analysis, drafting term sheets, reviewing financing documents, coordinating between internal and external parties
- Support internal approval and compliance processes; work with credit, legal affairs and compliance departments
- Track deliverables against execution timetable to ensure timely and successful transaction closings
- Maintain good working relationships with banks and other financial institutions in the region
- Assist relationship managers in maintaining close client relationships and addressing structuring and executional issues
- Enhance personal and team market knowledge across various sectors and countries; conduct market research and analysis as needed
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Business, Finance or a related discipline
- At least 5 years of relevant experience, especially in financial modeling
- Candidates with extensive experience will be considered for the position of Vice President
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
- Knowledge of accounting and financial analysis
- Knowledge of syndicated finance and loan syndication markets
- A team player with a desire to add value and a willingness to learn
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude, seeking challenging opportunities
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Advanced proficiency with MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word is preferred
- Fluency in written & spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin is an advantage
