Job Purpose:
Direct and supervise the junior staff in performing the loan processing and administration including conduct loan interviews, data input into the system and loan disbursement.
Main Responsibilities:
Direct and supervise the junior staff in performing the loan processing and administration including conduct loan interviews, data input into the system and loan disbursement.
Main Responsibilities:
- Assist in day-to-day management of branch operation and ensure to deliver high quality service to customers.
- Perform credit analysis, evaluation and recommend loan approval according to the established credit guideline.
- Coach and train junior staff on delivering both quality service and sale support activity.
Incumbent Requirements:
- Form 5 / Matriculated or above.
- At least 3 years' experience in Finance/ Banking industry specialized in Consumer Finance business.
- Familiar with branch operation & loan application processing
- Good interpersonal and communication skill.
- Good knowledge of MS office.
- Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese.
