Manager, Securities & Futures (Business Governance and Support)

Responsibilities:
- Provide support and control over the end-to-end securities and futures services
- Prepare compliance related reports based on regulatory requirements
- Design and review operational flows and procedures for existing and new products
- Collaborate and maintain strong relationship with business partners and counter parties
- Handle the development and maintenance of securities and futures related systems
- Provide trading support to frontline staff
- Perform ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisor
- Degree holder in Business/Finance or related discipline, professional qualification of CFP/CFMP/CRWP an advantage
- Passes in HKSI papers 1,7,8,9
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience and familiar with regulatory requirements
- Knowledge of accounting as well as securities and futures clearing and settlement process
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
- Proficient in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, Access, Chinese word processing
