- Assist in talent acquisition & manpower planning for the team
- Participate actively in various Human Resources events, functions and projects
- Degree holder or above in Human Resources Management/related disciplines or equivalent qualifications at HKQF level 5
- 1-2 years’ relevant experience in banking or financial sector, with massive recruitment exposure is preferred
- Fresh Graduate is welcome
- Self-motivated, flexible, and strong in communication, analytical and project management skills
- Proficient in written Chinese and English
Candidate with more experience may be considered as Assistant Manager, Resources Planning
