Senior Executive, Mortgage Sales & Business Development

Position Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced individual to join as a Senior Executive, specializing in Mortgage Sales and Business Development. The selected candidate will be responsible for driving mortgage sales growth, developing business strategies, and fostering client relationships to achieve sales targets and business objectives.

Responsibilities:
•    Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets for mortgage/credit loan products (residential, commercial, refinancing).
•    Identify and pursue new business opportunities with real estate agents, brokers (referral intermediaries), solicitors, and financial advisors, etc.
•    Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to enhance client retention and referral networks. 
•    Review and follow up of mortgage loan applications, including documentation and operation support
•    Market analysis, product innovation, or regulatory compliance strategies

Requirements:
•    Have developed a network with real estate agents, brokers (referral intermediaries), solicitors and financial advisors, etc.
•    Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or related field.
•    Minimum of 4 years of mortgage sales experience
•    Strong marketing and planning skills in Mortgage 
•    Detail-oriented and confident team player with self-initiative, independence, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
•    Ability to exercise judgment, work under pressure, and collaborate effectively with business and supporting units.
•    Excellent command of spoken and written Chinese and English, including Cantonese and Putonghua.
