The programme incorporates structured classroom sessions and comprehensive on-the-job training. During the training period, you will be fully supported by a well-developed mentoring and coaching system.

WE TARGET:

• High-calibre graduates who aspire to develop a career in the banking industry
• Bachelor’s degree holder or above from an accredited university (e.g. QS100/ Project 985/ Project 211) or equivalent qualifications at HKQF level 5
• Candidates majoring in Business, Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics or STEM related subjects with outstanding academic achievement
• Fresh graduate or recent graduate with less than 1 year working experience
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, leadership, as well as strategic planning skills
• Proficient in written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
