We are looking for someone with:
A. Experience and Qualifications:
- Bachelor or Associate degree holder
- Knowledge in investment funds or product
- At least 5 years of relevant experiences in banking and/or financial institutions
- Holding a registration with Hong Kong Monetary Authority as Relevant Individual or a license with the Securities and Futures Commission for Type 1 Regulated Activity
- Previous working experience is a definite advantage
B. Knowledge and Skills:
- For a candidate who is looking to equip and accelerate to become a sales executive
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Good analytical skills and proficiency in numbers or data
- Strong team player and willing to learn
- Detail oriented and keep abreast of the market and peers activities
- Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese (fluent in Mandarin is a plus)
- xcellent PowerPoint skills, Word and Excel
On the job you will:
- Able to analyze the sales data and update on the market trend
- File and update the relevant sales and regulatory related documents such as daily reports, fund selection reports, contact logs etc.
- Update the RO mapping and DD list in co-ordination with selected ROs
- Calculate sales commissions, incentives, and sales campaign results
- Collaborate with the marketing team on communications to licensed agents about WAM events
- Work with Customer Liaison Team on handling all the agent and IWM assignments
- Assist to prepare the summary and monthly reports for internal reporting
- Maintain the premium and inventory and fund performances for the internal sales materials
- Perform any administrative and sales tasks assigned to the team.
