Assistant Vice President - Investment & Insurance Sales Management

Responsibilities:

  • Perform as a product expert in wealth management to support cluster branches in achieving both investment and insurance targets
  • Uplift performance of Relationship Managers by providing marketing information, advices, personal coaching and demonstration at sales interviews
  • Work closely with Branch Managers and assist Relationship Managers to review and monitor customers' portfolio and identify potential business opportunities
  • Conduct joint calls and close deals, if necessary
  • Coach and monitor good business practice and uphold regulated sales compliance of sales force
  • Participate in regular product/ sales compliance meeting and conduct regular meeting/ coaching workshops with staff as and when appropriate

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Finance, Business, Economics or related disciplines; with CFP / CRWP preferred
  • Minimum 8 years of retail banking sales experience with at least 3 years in investment/insurance specialist and/or branch sales management positions
  • Experience in coaching front-line salespeople is necessary
  • Solid product and market knowledge in both investment and insurance products
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Qualified individual to carry out regulated activities in investment and insurance
