- Responsible for reply letters , handle account enquiries, written enquiries/correspondences from various units/ external parties, e.g. regulatory bodies, solicitors, etc.
- Process court order / search warrant against our customer account(s)
- Block account for deceased/ bankrupt/ liquidation/ tax recovery
- Retrieve required account information/ documents from various systems
- Take up other duties and ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Degree holder or above in Business Administration, Finance or equivalent qualifications at HKQF level 5
- Minimum 1 years’ relevant working experience preferably gained from banking
- Self-motivated, innovative, detail-minded and with strong analytical skills
- Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
Candidate with more experience will be considered as Deputy Manager, Frontline Support Services.
