Responsibilities:

Implements HR strategies according to the Group strategies and policies

Provide professional advice and services to senior management for implementing HR strategies and policies to achieve talent attraction, retention and development.

Responsible for developing and executing strategic plans, manage and execute full spectrum of HR functions including staff development, training, budgeting, manpower planning, performance management, corporate culture, etc.

Formulation and implementation of HR policies and procedures

Align with the Bank's policies on regional operations, to perform effective line and regional management
-
Responsible for drafting and preparing regular and ac hoc reports for progress tracking and management review

Ensure HR compliance requirements are strictly met through conducting thorough due-diligence activities

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the team
Requirements:
-
Degree or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
-
2 years’ experience in project management and 5 years’ in human resources from banking industry is preferred
-
Strong leadership, communication and problem solving skills
-
Good command of spoken and written in Chinese and English. Fluency in Putonghua is preferred

Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
