Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in data entry and maintenance of human resource management system
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, from planning to executionAssist in the interview process 
  • Keep effective communication with other departments, follow up the results and process feedback
  • Responsible for assisting and supporting projects and conference activities
  • Handle other ad hoc jobs assigned by the HR team

 

Job Requirements

  • Undergraduate and postgraduate in human resources or related discipline, fresh graduates are also welcomed
  • Good communication and coordination ability, strong logicality, attention to details, and compressive ability
  • Able to work continuously for 3 months or more, early entry is preferred
  • Candidates who are available to work at least 3 days per week are preferable
  • Proficient in Cantonese and English, fluency in Mandarin is an advantage
