The Fitness & Recreation Coordinator is responsible for monitoring all Fitness & Recreation facilities and arranging venues for classes and events. This role will focus on Classes, Workshops and include administrative roles in relation to these.
Job Description
- Handle Members’ enquiries and complaints
- Make sure all Fitness & Recreation areas are properly allocated and set
- Ensure safety, efficiency, quality and compliance of Fitness & Recreation programs, events and activities
- Coordinate with other internal departments and outside companies on planning and scheduling classes and events for Members
- Assist the Assistant Director of Fitness & Recreation in launching new Fitness and Recreation programs, events and activities
- Manage the snack bar including taking order, serving drinks/snacks, and replenishing stock
- Report any damages or maintenance required in all Fitness & Recreation areas
- Keep up with reports, emails and charges in relation to these areas
- Count and track inventory
- Perform other duties/ad hoc tasks as assigned by Assistant Director of Fitness & Recreation
Qualifications & Skills
- Form 5 education level or above
- 1-2 years relevant experience in private club or hospitality industry (Fresh graduate will also be considered)
- A flexible approach to problem solving and working with others
- Good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills and be able to communicate effectively with different departments and members
- Good command of spoken English
- Outgoing and energetic personality
Working Location: Tai Tam (Transportation allowance applies)
