Assistant Administration Officer (Facilities Management / Repair Maintenance)

What You Will be Doing

  • Lead a technician staff ensure their working attitude and discipline fulfill HKTV requirement. 
  • Assist supervisor to ensure the effectiveness of day-to day administrative duties including facilities management and suppliers. 
  • Vendor partner sourcing / supplier selection, order follow-up & delivery arrangement
  • Maintain lists of vendors for goods and services
  • Work closely with internal departments to ensure compliance and adherence to the company’s policies and procedures on procurement function
  • Prepare regular purchase report & invoice settlement. 

Who is our Right Fit

  • Diploma holder or above in relevant discipline with minimum 1 year office administration & facility management relevant working experience
  • Solid experience in office administration in a sizable organization is preferable
  • Proficient in MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Good communication & Coordination skill, interpersonal, problem-solving and time management skills
  • Immediate availability is preferred
