Senior Settlement Assistant / Supervisor, Securities Services Support

Responsibilities:
 

• Handle local and foreign market trade booking and settlement
• Handle stock deposit and withdrawal
• Perform IPO processing
• Participate in User Acceptance Test
• Take up any ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time

Requirements:
 

• Secondary or above
• Minimum 1-2 years relevant experience in financial institution or stock broking firm (experience more than 3 years will be considered as Supervisor)
• Hands-on skills in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience in CCASS operation
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese, Mandarin is preferable
• Able to work independently under pressure and tight deadline
