Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Card Centre through established working procedures, production and quality standards, and security and compliance requirements to deliver quality card services and achieve high production efficiency 
  • Maintain proper card stock levels and arrange procurement of card products and other consumables in a timely and cost-effective manner
  • Manage card suppliers to ensure quality meets predefined standards and delivery adheres to the agreed schedule.Oversee the production of various special card products 
  • Monitor daily operations of card production, including card application, personalisation, inventory management, Automatic Add-value Service (AAVS), and quality control over various types of Octopus cards
  • Assist in the preparation and collation of data for routine management information, ad hoc reports and projects
  • Review and streamline existing operating processes and policies to enhance efficiency and productivity, ensuring proper controls
  • Lead card-related projects for the implementation of new products or services and improvement of operation efficiency and cost control, uplifting customer satisfaction, involving internal stakeholders and external business partners.Hands-on to set out and monitor project schedules, test plan, and conduct various tests and implementation tasks
  • Manage, lead and train team members to upskill the knowledge according to the job needs and succession planning

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in business management or related disciplines 
  • At least 8 years’ operation experience with 3 years at a managerial level; preferably experience in NFC payment products, production of credit card or other payment card business
  • Good knowledge of HKMA supervisory policies and practices, and AML
  • Experience in managing project implementation and knowledge of the system development life cycle for setting out user requirements and executing user acceptance tests is preferred
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to lead the team to achieve KPIs; able to work under pressure
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, and spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
  • Good numerical sense, logical and analytical skills
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
