Associate, Corporate Customer Onboarding Support (Fresh Graduate Welcome)

Responsibilities:
Assist branches in conducting customer due diligence for new on-boarding customers and perform blacklist checking on direct customer and connected parties; ensure the branch is in full compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures
Review duly accomplished account opening forms and related supporting documents
Conduct new account opening checking for document completeness, proper CDD/EDD and AML checks
Seek the necessary approval for accounts classified as High Risk prior to account opening
Ensure all documents are properly filled and managed, as well as maintained in customer information system
Perform blacklist checking for new & existing customer
Liaise with the branches, AML Team and internal departments to exercise client on-boarding process
Assist in system enhancement UAT, ad-hoc tasks & projects as assigned
Requirements:
Degree holder with qualification of ECF-AML/CFT preferred
Passion in developing career in handling corporate account opening documentation, KYC and related role in banking sector
Knowledge on corporate customer on-boarding process preferred but not essential
A team player with willingness to learn, can do attitude, logical thinking and the ability to work independently
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
Proficient in MS Office applications including Chinese word processing
