Supervisor/ Checker - Reply Letter, Customer Information Services

Responsibilities:
Assist in the supervision of daily operations of Reply Letters Team, handle written enquiries/ correspondences from various units/ external parties, e.g. regulatory bodies, solicitors, etc.
Perform acceptance tasks for deceased’s account(s) / court order against the customer account(s) status in the front-end CRM System, handle e-Cert application and renewal
Ensure the working procedures and workflow are in compliance with the external regulations and internal guidelines
Take up other duties and projects as assigned
Requirements:
Degree holder in Business Administration, Management or related disciplines with 10 years of relevant experience in banking industry
Familiar with banking general operations and regulatory requirements
Confident, attentive to details, team work and able to work independently with good interpersonal skills
Good English writing skills, proficient in MS Office applications including English and Chinese word processing
Work location: Kowloon Commerce Centre (5-minute walking distance from MTR Kwai Hing Station)
