Key Responsibilities :

Support the core management functions to the Director, including personal tasks and business works.

Provide a full range of quality secretarial support to the Director, such as handling calendar management, schedule appointments and meeting arrangement.

Provide a full range of administrative and HR support in policy administration, such as recruitment, update attendance record, manage and control of administrative expenditure report, manage office supplies, maintenance of office equipment, etc.

Assist to host and organize staff trainings and company events such as Annual Dinner & activities etc.

Perform ad hoc tasks and assignments as assigned
Requirements :
-
Degree or above in Business Administration or related disciplines
-
Minimum 2 years relevant working experience in Administrative role / Personal Assistant or related subject

Candidate with experience in administration is highly preferred
-
Able to manage multi tasks effectively and efficiently
-
Independent, organize, mature with excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
-
Proficient in MS office, Power Point and Chinese word processing
-
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)

Immediate availability is highly preferred
