WeLab Bank - Manager, Business Analyst (Loan Products)

About You

What you’ll do and what success looks like in this role

• Analyze and studies business objectives and requirements
• Translate Business requirements into functional and technical requirements
• Write user stories and user acceptance criteria
• Prepare change requests and documentation
• Act as the key interface between business users, technical teams and external vendors
• Partner with development teams to plan out release
• Assist with UAT and implementation support
• Provide support and troubleshooting from business context
• Perform user support and training

What is required and what we’re looking for

• Degree holder in IT or Business related discipline
• At least 8 years of experience in business analysis
• Strong knowledge on personal unsecured lending products and processing
• Preferable with experience in programming and SQL
• Experienced in working in an agile team with software engineering
• Good logical and analytical reasoning capabilities.
• Fluent in English, good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and under pressure
• Team player, multi-tasking skills, can-do attitude and able to work with tight timeline
