Accounting Controls Professional

Responsibilities

• To prepare the nostro accounts reconciliation 
• To monitor the suspense accounts, accounts receivable and payable accounts to ensure the outstanding items are properly cleared 
• To assist the Team Head in supervising the nostro accounts and suspense accounts reconciliation process 
• To review and follow up the investigation of the unreconciled items 
• To maintain the policy on nostro accounts reconciliation, suspense accounts, accounts receivable and payables accounts monitoring

Requirements

• Diploma or above in Accounting 
• Over 4 years relevant experience in accounting 
• Familiar in nostro account reconciliation in the bank industry 
• Able to work independently and under pressure 
• Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills 
• Proficiency in application software including Excel, Word 
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua an advantage.
