Responsibilities

Work closely with key stakeholders to conduct the daily control and monitoring on bank-wide transactional printing processing which in comply with regulatory compliance;

Handle and prepare documentation for bank-wide procurement projects such as printing, network / international couriers, and etc.;

Ensure full compliance of P&Ps, BCP, internal and regulatory policies and requirements all the time;

Ensure the agreed service levels, turnaround time, productivity, quality and internal / external relationships with stakeholders and customers are achieved;

Contribute or initiate practical suggestions and ideas, such as automation, streamlining, centralization and outsourcing, to transform the operations with aim to achieve high efficiency, low cost and adequate risk control;

Assist the Section Head to oversight the BOS where appropriate;

Act as team coordinator and provide support to BOS team when assigned;

Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements

University degree or above;
-
Minimum 8 years' working experience in record and warehouse management/operational supports and preferably in banking industry with not less than 4 years of people management experience;

Sound knowledge of regulatory requirements on the relevant areas and internal operational policies and procedures;

Ability to handle multi-tasks in a tight schedule and willing to work overtime;

Irregular working hours may be required for ad hoc/special project assignments upon requested;

Independent, responsible, detail-minded and self-motivated;

Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua);

Good communication and interpersonal skills;

Proficient in MS Applications and Chinese Word Processing.
Candidates with more experience will be considered as Manager.
