Administration & Accounting Clerk / Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the accounts receivables, including issue of invoices, follow-up outstanding balances on timely manner;
  • Taken part in procurement and handle related payment process and petty cash claims;
  • Assist in daily office administration activities including company assets control, equipment maintenance, office supply, maintain office tidiness, etc.;
  • Assist in handling of full set of accounts and accounting system;
  • Handle ad-hoc assignments.

Requirements:

  • Certificate/Diploma or above / related disciplines;
  • At least 1-2 years relevant experience in accounting; for applicants who have lesser experience will be considered for the Accounting Clerk position
  • LCCI I or II or equivalent are highly preferred;
  • Experience in software implementation would be an advantage;
  • Self-motivated, well-organized, detail-minded, independent and able to work under pressure;
  • Good command of Chinese and English and speedy and accurate English & Chinese typing are essential;
  • Proficient in computer literacy, such as MS Word, Excel and strong numerical analysis;
  • Immediate available is highly preferred.
  • Part-time will be considered
