People and Development Associate/Assistant (Human Resources)

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in recruitment and selection processes, including job ads posting, resume screening, interviews coordination
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
  • Support onboarding and orientation programs for new hires
  • Handle employee inquiries and provide general HR information
  • Prepare and process HR-related documents, such as offer letters and employment verifications
  • Support HR reporting and analytics initiatives
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Assist in organizing company events and employee engagement activities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in an HR role, preferred in Fashion Retail industry
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS (Workday) systems
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment
