Account Clerk and Administration Officer (5-days part time work from home)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for general accounting duties and daily office administration.
  • Handle daily accounting routines, prepare invoices, quotations, payment, receipts and filing.
  • Perform in month-end closing processes.
  • Coordinate year-end audit and liaise with external auditors.
  • Perform office general administrative duties.
  • Assist in ad-hoc assignments

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Accounting / Finance or equivalent.
  • 2 - 4 years relevant working experiences in handling accounting duties.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Punctual, honest, and detail-oriented.
  • Able to work from home


Benefits:

  • Part-time work.
  • $80 per hour. 
  • 5-days work from home (9am - 1pm)
  • MPF contribution
