Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive operational support to the private banking team to ensure the provision of exceptional client services tailored to high-net-worth (HNW) clients
- Act as the primary point of contact for addressing client inquiries and requests, fostering strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction
- Coordinate marketing events and arrange client meetings, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently and professionally
- Provide all-rounded administrative support to the team including the preparation of reports, marketing materials, and scheduling of activities with a high degree of accuracy
- Liaise with various departments to facilitate the execution of exceptional client services and enhance operational efficiency
- Strictly adhere to established workflows and procedures to ensure that daily operations align with internal guidelines and external compliance requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree holder in Finance, Business Administration or related disciplines
- 2-3 years relevant experience in private banking, wealth management or related field is preferred
- Possession of SFC Type 1 &4 licenses or qualifications in IIQE Paper 1 & 5 is a plus
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent in Putonghua is an advantage
- A collaborative team player with strong communication and customer service skills
- Detail-minded with exceptional organizational and project management skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications including Excel & PowerPoint
- Occasionally travel to China / Macau is required
