Responsibilities:

Develop digital and social media strategies to engage target audience to build brand awareness and grow sales conversions. Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results

Drive the innovative and digital projects

Manage creative agency for TVCs and online video production

Monitoring and improving SEO and company websites
-
Lead a team to formulate marketing strategies and new initiatives so as to achieve the target
-
Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives
Requirements:
-
Degree / Diploma in marketing/related-subjects
-
At least 4 years relevant experience in marketing and finance (Loan industry) are more preferable
-
Experience in driving brand building activities including social media, CRM, search, innovation and media planning
-
Preferable with proven success in sales strategy and execution
-
Detail-minded with excellent analytical skills, good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills

Good command of spoken and written English & Cantonese
