What you’ll do and what success looks like in this role

Oversee the daily operations, including account maintenance functions, card personalization out-sourced vendor management and add-on service set up according to pre-defined Key Processing Indicator (KPI)

Assist team head to manage daily activities for the Bank’s card operations, including payment processing, charge back and all associated support functions with counterparts

Design and implement card operations policies and procedures and recommend changes to increase efficiency

Daily proof reconciliation of all debit card transaction exceptions

Analyses and follow up debit card fraud and transaction issue
What is required and what we’re looking for

University degree or equivalent with 5 years relevant experience

Awareness to operational risks, compliance and logistic streamlining

Ability to work well independently

Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
