Human Resources Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Perform duties in various areas of human resources, including recruitment, employment contract, payroll, leave & attendance and employee compensation etc.
  • Coordinate and communicate with internal clients for HR issues
  • Update and maintain employee records in the databases
  • Assist to HRMS implementation
  • Assist to perform data analysis when necessary
  • Provide general office support
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Management

Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related discipline
  • 2 years of experience as HR generalist role
  • Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, Employee’s Compensation Ordinance and related regulations
  • Experience in HRMS implementation and usage is preferred
  • Detail-minded and strong sense of ownership
  • Good data analytical and reporting skills
  • Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
  • Immediately available is an advantage
