Restaurant Receptionist / Guest Service Officer (Western Cuisine)

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest standard customer service to our guests.
• Handle all kinds of reservations, including email, phone booking & walk-in, seats arrangement.
• Assist to ensure a smooth operation within the restaurant.
• Ad hoc support that assigned by Operations Manager.

Requirements

• 1 year or above Restaurant Receptionist related experience in F&B industry
• Good command of Chinese & English 
• Experience in handling walk in customers / booking is surely an advantage.
• Clear mindset and detail-minded
