Senior Product Developer

Responsibilities:

Manage product life cycle & development;

Work closely with design team and sales teams to manage product design, construction, costing, MOQ, sample/bulk production to ensure product quality and lead-time;

Proactively provide structural suggestions / options to reduce product cost and improve the product quality;

Supplier management – maintain supplier quality level; make sure supplier understand on company expectation; and supplier sourcing;

Market research for new technology;

Maintain product data base;

Technical check and control on production drawings, prototypes and production;

Occasional travel to China or oversea may be required.

Requirements:

Over 10 years solid experience in eyewear development (with engineering background and production experience);

Strong analytical and conceptual thinking;

Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Illustrator;

Good communication skills and team player, able to work independently and under pressure

Able to communicate in English and Mandarin

Willing to travel
