Responsibilities:
Supervise Receptionist & Office Assistants to provide daily administrative support and maintain a safe and hygienic working environment;
Prepare onboarding procedures, but not limited to preparing name card printing, updating floor plan & phone system, etc.;
Review vendor's performance and service agreements;
Organize company annual dinner and all staff activities;
Assist in office renovation and relocation;
Assist in business travel arrangements;
Back up receptionist when requested;
Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Tertiary educated with 5 years’ relevant experience, preferably in sizable organization;
Cheerful, well-organized with excellent communication & negotiation skills;
Open-minded & willing to drive change with "can do" attitude;
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing;
Good command of spoken & written English & Mandarin;
Immediate available is highly preferred.
