Responsibilities:
Maintain and manage defective database in after-sales system daily
Liaise with suppliers on handling repair items, including obtain quotations and repair lead-time, and speed up on long outstanding cases
Coordinate with internal departments to process purchase orders, handle supplier invoices, credit notes, and provide allocation plans
Handle the delivery of repair items with courier and insurance purchase
Prepare after-sales reports and other ad hoc tasks by request of direct supervisor
Requirements:
Diploma or above
2 to 5 years’ relevant experience
With strong analytical, good time management and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail
Independent and able to work under pressure
Responsible, hard-working and a good team player
Excellent command of both written and spoken English, Chinese & Mandarin
Proficiency in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & Chinese Word Processing
Immediate available is highly preferred
