Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the sourcing of raw materials and new products to meet operations requirements
- Involve and take lead in price negotiation, seek for optimal offers and deal with global/local vendors to build a mutually beneficial business relationship
- Monitor stock level and replenishment status on a timely basis
- Perform coordination and follow-up activities to contribute quality standards / requirements compliance of assigned categories
- Receive materials complaints and coordinate with relevant parties throughout the handling process
- Propose initiatives and drive for the company business improvement in a sustainable manner
Requirements:
- Degree Holder, preferably in business / food related discipline
- Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in Catering / Food Service / Retail industry
- Detail oriented with good numeric sense
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills
- Able to work under pressure with good multi-tasking skills
- Proactive and willing to tackle challenges
- Good communication skills to people
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Sound PC knowledge including MS Office
