Lead and motivate the field sales team at the operation level in order to achieve the Company’s objective and sales target
Formulate and implement the sales strategies and plans to drive the business sales growth
Monitor the business on a regular basis, understand changes in the market trend and react to the business promptly to maximize sales and mitigate risk
Plan and monitor sales progress, identify business potentials, provide market insight & translate into actionable strategic plan for business development
Provide leadership, guidance and support to the field sales team on all day-to-day operational issues
Manage existing key customers to provide the excellent service and explore new business opportunities
Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities and key issues
Handle ad hoc projects assigned by the Management
Requirements:
Degree or above
At least 5 years working experience in FMCG industry, of which minimum 2 years experience in supervisory level
Strong MS application skills, Word (Mail Merge), Chinese word-processing, especially MS Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot table etc.) and PowerPoint
Fluent written English and Chinese, Good spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
Self-motivated, well-organized, strong problem solving and leadership skills, ability to work independently in a fast-paced working environment
Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
Immediately available is preferable
Candidates who hold driving license category no. 2 will have an advantage
Candidates with less experience may be considered as Sales Supervisor
